Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit Bangkok

Conveniently located near the train station and vibrant city center. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that was a decent start to the day. the staff at the front office and housekeeping were friendly and provided good service.

The hotel lacks some advertised facilities like a gym and pool, which requires a walk to another hotel for access. the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there was noticeable dust.

The location of this hotel is perfect in the middle of everything. It is very near from everything, including the Nana station, making transportation a breeze. The hotel facilities are great, with a 24-hour McDonald's underneath, a supermarket close by, and plenty of food options in the area. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a great experience staying here! It's in a really convenient location inside a shopping plaza with plenty of shops, food options, and a supermarket nearby. The service was impeccable - the staff were really friendly, approachable and helpful. The room had everything I needed and more, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning, and the mini-bar was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable and the room was soundproofed too, so I got a great night's sleep.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel, close to so many Muslim halal restaurants and easily accessible to the airport or anywhere in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern decor and quality finish throughout. The staff were professional and courteous, providing excellent service. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel offered good facilities such as a TV with many channels and reliable WiFi.

The sound insulation between the rooms could be improved.
